"The stay was good. It was a little scary at night because there are no lights. The stay served its purpose we needed somewhere to crash for a few hours before the next tournament day. But this place is great for a couples get away girls getaway. If you nature this is the place. "

"If you are ready to be pampered in the most lovely, historic setting then the Zevely Inn is for you! Our room was cozy and the made-from-stratch breakfasts served by the innkeeper absolutely delicious! And she was delightful, so welcoming and full of stories, but still giving us privacy to soak in every morsel of Old Salem charm in the home owned by Dr. Zevely. We're going back as soon as possible!"

"My daughter and I stayed at Summit Street Inn for a weekend of college touring and getting to know Winston Salem. This inn is beautiful and clean, conveniently located at the “end” of downtown. We felt safe and walked to dinner and other outings. The home is well maintained with a mix of old (original creeky floors) and new (bathrooms) and lovely gardens! We will be back!"

"We enjoyed the property and the convenience of proximity to town and the wedding venue we were in town for. The house was very comfortable for us ( two couples) and had everything we needed except toiletries. The restaurant behind the house was very convenient for a quick dinner and breakfast! "

Overall great stay

"Great stay and location close to wake forest. Our room was immaculate and Chrissy at the front desk was SO attentive and personable, we loved her! The beds were soft and comfortable and the reason I keep staying at doubletrees. A few reviews mentioned the parking lot, I have no idea why- the parking lot is safe, plenty of spaces, well lit and at no point did we ever feel remotely unsafe or bothered. The only negative we found was that the breakfast left much to be desired, I would save the $16 and instead go to Mama Zoe’s for great southern breakfast food. "
