"Nice short stay to visit both Sequoia NP and Kings Canyon NP. Very comfortable home with both laundry and kitchen. We did shop in Visalia before going to Three Rivers, but there is a small market and restaurants very close to the property. Excellent communication with the owner."

"This home was large, well appointed, and clean. We enjoyed our stay. The outside area was lovely but dated. The hottub made a very loud high pitched squeal when it pumped hot water, but would quiet afterward. The coffee pot was broken upon arrival, but the manager was super quick in replacing it. Very comfortable home and nice area."

"Beautifully and functionally designed home on large property near the Kaweah River. Excellent activities for all ages to include: Sequoia Park, swimming, hot tub, river activities, sand volleyball, and a garage with pool table and ping pong table. We enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend this home."

"Beautiful view of the lake and mountains! The adults loved that it is located minutes from the sequoia national park entrance. There was a heat advisory, yet the house and game room remained cool. The kids (teens and tween) enjoyed cooling off in the river, right in the back yard! It was also fun to discover statues and other treasures around the yard. Very grateful for easy access to extra towels, pillows and blankets. We highly recommend this place."

"The house was perfect for our family thanksgiving get together. The garage/game room was a highlight (ping pong, pool table, foosball). The bunk bed room is so cool and was fun for the kids (they said it felt like "camp") :) The comfortable living room, with an open floorplan connected to the kitchen, was perfect for playing games. Quite and very nice neighborhood. There is a really nice and fun park/playground in walking distance. The drive from this house to Sequoia National Park was easy....

"Beautiful property that we shared with friends. The layout is perfect for two couples. The house was comfortable with plenty of seating in the living room. The beds were wonderful. Plenty of towels in the bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked. The back patio was relaxing. Would definitely return. "

"We come to Three Rivers alot and have probably stayed at almost every single vacation rental and this place rates at the top of my list. We relaxed, re grouped and caught up on some much needed sleep. Our four kids had plenty to do to keep busy. We hated to leave but we will visit again soon. Thanks "
