"We had a very nice stay at this lovely cottage. Great view, comfortable, clean. Only 19 miles from town of Wellsboro. Had dinner at the Rusty Nut. Great food, ambiance and friendly staff. After the in town festivities took a drive out to Duncan Tavern for dinner. Great wings! Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. The view was nice as well. All in all, great stay and good fun! Thank you Charles for renting to us. "

"Place was very nice. Had to clean coffee pot before it could be used, still had filter and grounds from previous guests. Needs new pillows/mattresses and no blankets on beds downstairs where it was a bit chilly. We washed a few dishes before we could use them so a couple of dish towels should be supplied. Beautiful view."

"House was clean, check in was easy, and house was great. Location was a distance from any action. There is a Dollar General and Convenience Store within 10-15 minute drive. We were unable to use the dart board… Could use new darts and a couple wine glasses."

"We had a great stay. Felt safe. Good job explaining the parking. The only "complants " would be the stains on the rug and the poor seating in the living room. Oh ,and you can hear the train.But once you realize what it is it is fine. Great location! Great communication with the owners! Overall a great experience and I would stay here again! Thank you!"
