"Stayed here two years ago. Just feels like it has run down a bit. Had a problem with a waiter and spoke to manager about it. Not with complaining attitude but so he would know. I’d want to know if I was mgr. not much in the way of apology… maybe the waiter was the owner’s nephew? Just. Didn’t have an overall feel of service."

"This little hotel is right where one wants to be in Lindau-Insel. Not on the waterfront, but in the pedestrian zone and just a few minutes walk from everything. There is a lift and the breakfasts are excellent. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Just loved staying here."
