"We are glad we chose this hostel for our one night stay. The only tricky part was finding the S21 to Trogen as it is past the train station near a corner and unmarked, but a local helped us. The hostel is a short walk down a steep incline from the Birnbaume stop. It is clean and the breakfast is adequate. The view from the cafeteria is lovely. Board the S21 back towards town to Marktplatz to visit the Cathedral and Abbey Library."

"The property was clean albeit a strange smell in the kitchen. The previous people had left onions in the cupboard and in the heat added to the strange smell that lingered for the full time. I did message the owner about this. I went and bought an air freshener. As she was not there to greet us, I don’t think this was checked.
