Being so far away and unable to help her I am so grateful to your staff for looking after her. She also had a broken arm so this definitely did not help the situation. "

There are many hotels close by to dine at. Also the Santa Justa lift is right around the corner and Rossio Square is just down the road. We loved everything about this hotel.
