"I liked the concept of StayApt, but I didn’t like the cleaning part. For the money that’s spent clean linen should be provided daily and the rooms should be cleaned at least once or twice depending on the length of your stay. This was my first time staying at this type of property, but I think that if this type of concept is going to be successful think about how you can enhance your business model to make it more inviting to those that book your properties."
