"The young woman at check-in (Maya?) was extremely helpful and courteous, both the night we checked in and the next day when we had a question. Parking was easy, convenient, and reasonably priced. Our room was good, but the king bed had a large sunken area in it toward the middle. We would have preferred different thicknesses of pillows, but we did not ask anyone about that. "

"The front desk clerk was very knowledgeable and helpful. He asked if I wanted first or second floor which was great because I have a bad knee (1st floor). The mattress was far too soft, but the room had a refrigerator and microwave along with free Wi-Fi. If you can overlook the hotel’s desperate need of refurbishment, it’s ok for a short stay."
