"Super place with every amenity. Fully stocked kitchen with all we needed to make our meals. The bed was comfy with very nice bedding. Great shower. Spent hours on the deck watching the sun come up, the boat and geese action on the river, and then a super full moon. The cottage is close to many area parks and beaches so even in October there’s lots to do outside. It was even more fun for us because it was possible to talk to the google machine and get music, news, weather…we’re old, we don’t...

"We had two large families stay here and found the property to be very clean, well stocked, and as advertised. There is no air conditioning in this home, so it got very hot! But, we knew that from the listing and packed a few extra fans which I would recommend. The property owner was very communicative and helpful. Overall, a great stay."

"The property was very clean and nicely size rooms. Communication with the property manager was outstanding and very timely. The location is very nice and the beach is only a few steps away. My only comments to help this property would be to install towel racks in the bathroom for wet towels and to place a chair or luggage rack in the 2 bedrooms so you do not have to place your items on the floor."

"Using the keycode to access the cottage was easy and it had everything that we needed for few days of relaxation. With the local restaurants being so close, It was easy to pick up meals and snacks for the cottage. The property has a nice beach just three steps from the deck stairs and the sand berms on both sides of the resort give it a feel of privacy from the rest of the beach. Best of all is the resort bring pet friendly to be able to bring our dog along with us."

"My toddler, dog and I stayed here for the 4th of July and we had a blast! Love how close this property is to the beach. The host was super responsive and nice. If you’re looking for luxury, this isn’t your spot lol but it’s all about the location! We would stay here again."
