"We loved the house and its location, the yard and views are beautiful. All the wood work inside made it unique from other houses we have stayed at. The house had most everything we need and plenty of room for our large family to gather. Some of the bedrooms and the kitchen were pretty small, but doable for our large group. (13 people)The only downfall was that there is no beach access, but it is in walking distance. Our family would stay there again"

"Everything was perfect. The townhouse was very well equipped with everything you may need. Fully stocked bathrooms to any & all appliance you may need. Very, very clean, 10 ⭐️'s. Plenty of room for 6 adults. View was fantastic! Cant wait to go back!"

"We stayed for 3 nights and spent much of it in the house as a typical Oregon coast early spring wind/downpour raged outside for all of a night and part of the next day, turning to intermittent showers. It is a nice house, with good separation of spaces for kids and adults. The upper space has 3 beds with good separation. Note the lamps. They are fun, and the entire place has nice furnishings and decor. The view is very good, though public utility wires intrude into the view of the ocean. ...

"Loved this spot! In a great location, very quiet neighborhood. We had our dogs with us and there is a green space nearby, you can walk to the beach but LOTS of stairs! We enjoyed the house, it was big enough for our group. I liked the “mud room” style entrance for keeping all the dogs & sand contained when entering the house. Being able to cook meals in the kitchen, play games at the table, be cozy by the fireplace, and enjoying the hot tub all made for an amazing birthday beach weekend! Will...

"Great house, great location, great view. The house had enoght space for everyone had enough space for privacy and big enought dinning room and living room to eat together and play games. My one suggestion is to have trash bins in the bedrooms."

"This house is fantastic! The pictures online do not do enough to show how beautiful the views are. The house has impressive characteristics since it was built in the late 1920s. More importantly, Karen was fantastic to work with. We ended up having a small problem, and after speaking to Karen, she worked hard to resolve the issue as best as possible. It says a lot when you have a rental manager on top of trying to make our stay as wonderful as possible. We will be back for sure!!!"

"This was the perfect sized home for our party of five. I loved how they had a loveseat right in front of the big bay window, I spend much of my time there! There are four, nice sized parking spaces which was very nice as well. We’ll definitely be back! "

"We loved all the separate, and quiet spaces the house provides. In addition the kitchen is fully stocked, and the furniture is comfortable, sporting a great view of the ocean. Most of all, communication was immediate, helpful and very positive. We will come back to this house."

"We had a outstanding time the house was perfect for us. Well stocked kitchen all the gadgets you could need to prepare meals had only 2 issues one was dealt with very quickly a garbage disposal issue , our only reason to not perfect stay was a shower drain not draining. "

"Great house for a weekend getaway. My wife and I stayed overnight here. Fireplaces worked, more than one roll of paper towels, didn't use them but they seem to be a luxury item in most houses, clean linens that smelled good, everything in the house worked, fantastic view, clean windows you could actually see through as well as a jetted tub that actually worked. My wife liked that fact that there were extra blankets in the closet for the bedroom.Cons: One of the beds squeaked very badly when...

"This is our new fave place in Lincoln City. Clean, updated, incredible view and beach is easily accessed and walkable. We loved the salmon chowder and fresh baked cookies they served at 5 each night too! Breakfast was good as well. Costs more than other places but if you factor in the food they provide it nets out. We will be back!"

"Amazing, friendly staff! Check in was quick and easy. The property is very clean all around. We used the pool, love the seating areas, etc. The lobby has tons of items ypu may need throughout your stay. Loved the computers and printers available for itineraries and more. The room is large and the layout is great. Clean as well! Would recommend for sure!"

"Loved my stay! The view, with balcony, RIGHT on the beach snd water, can’t be beat! We stayed in April, midweek, for $150 a night for the standard 2 queen, oceanfront, room. The resort isn’t new, so there were some quirks and signs of wear and tear, but the cosmetic updates were beautiful touches. Loved the onsite restaurant (also with ocean view) for breakfast (we didn’t get a chance to try their dinner). We also loved that it was just under 1 mile from the casino. For the price, balcony, INCREDIBLE view, location, along with resort amenities, I definitely recommend. "
