"Hotel is great. Staff at check in was knowledgeable. They speak perfect English and procedure was smooth and very quick. Room is big enough with a nice view. Bathroom was perfectly clean with all amenities which you may need. Bed was comfortable and pillows was soft. Nice gesture was complimentary bottle of water."

"The most I dislike about this hotel are the deposit policy, and also it’s very inconvenient for you to get back the room. It’s super long hallway. Usually other 5 stars hotel they will return your deposit money right way once I check out the room. But this hotel, it takes while. I have to called in and asked. It’s not make sense at all. Once the guest leave the hotel , they should not hold the deposit money. "

Before we checked in, I did a lot of research online and this restaurant is supposed to be one of the best places to get local hang zhou cuisine. But we are very disappointed by the quality of the food despite of the fact that it is very expensive. "
