"Our room overlooked a noisy busy main road and there was a railway line behind the hotel. There was no air conditioning in our room. We were told the bar would not open until 8.30. We couldn't book a table in the restaurant because a coach party was booked in but if there was room they would try to fit us in. There were no alternatives within walking distance. The photos of the hotel are very misleading. I wouldn't be surprised if they had been photo-shopped!"

"We had a car but could not afford anything decent in Bilbao, so we decided to stay outside the city. This was a great affordable option. As soon as we arrived there was some confusion about the reservation, but the owner has sorted everything out and prepared a room for us. It was a beautifully decorated room in a very large house with private bathroom, showers and bath tub. The room was sparkling clean and quite, so this was probably the best sleep I got so far being 2 weeks in...

"Irene responded quickly to my emails, gave us good directions, and met us on time for check in. The place is an amazing spot next to pastures. I didn't realize that there were 3 adjacent units and it was a little be noisy at times but overall we were very happy because the place was clean and modern. There were many flies when the cows are nearby. I recommend keeping the de-humidifier on at all times. Everything in the uint was well kept and in working order. We would definitively recommend it...

"Friendly lady reception staff at the Hotel Arcs where we collected our key for our apartment 604, receptionist walked out of hotel to point to the green garage gates for our secure parking which was underneath the apartments and a couple of minutes walk away.
