From check-in to check-out, everyone was so friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable. They were always ready to help with recommendations or any little request, which made me feel truly valued as a guest. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. "The location is great, central with easy access to the plaza. Check-in and check-out were easy, the room was satisfactory. The only issues we ran into were street noise and the shower leaking a lot of water onto the bathroom floor. Otherwise it was comfortable, relaxed, and parking was easy."
