"The staff were good as well as my dinner and breakfast. I had a room overlooking the water which was nice. Lots of street noise below but quiet after 11. Good location downtown. Also has a secured parking lot. The shower didn't drain properly and needs fixing - only negative"

"Fair value for money. Got there after dark, went to see desk staff (two of them). They did not know the name of the hotel as per the reservation, so they sent us away. When we returned, after being assured by their COMPETITORS that we had been at the right place, they agreed that their hotel might have another name and found our reservations. No apology for wasting 30 minutes of our time."

"Although hotels.com guaranteed us the reservation. when we arrived there was no room, we had to manage to find another hotel so as not to stay on the street, since that week there was a big parade in the port. even a bus arrived with people with reservations and the same thing happened to them. Terrible!!!"
