A small issue when we checked in, with our booking transferring over, however the gentalman who checked us in, was very helpful and we received an upgrade to the top floor with a room facing the canal, which was lovely. "Personnel attitude and performance was excellent. Very clean and with good options for breakfast. Very good location tonealk around yhe city center. Everyday resupply of coffee capsules and water was very good. I even received a bottle of sampagne for my birthday that was during my staying there. I will stay there again in my next visit to Amsterdam."

"We picked the hotel because the parking was included in the cost but we were very happy with the room which was comfortable and spacious. The staff were lovely and the location was convenient. It's about 45 minutes on the tram/metro into the city centre but these are cheap and frequent from right outside the hotel."
