"The property was above average for Lima. The only issue was the room was warm and stuffy, after turning on the air conditioning to cool the space the system was too loud to run when sleeping. Very Loud!! Therefore the room grew warm and stuffy again by 2:30 am. Room 315 has a noisy ac system."

"Property was new however our door had a huge gap at the top and we could see through the door into the hallway. We couldn’t lock the interior lock but door was locked from the outside. We told the staff at checkout. "

"Hallways smelled like cigarette smoke in the evenings and carpets were pretty worn out. I only had one towel, hand towel and washcloth, which was OK because I was alone, but I'm not sure why a hotel would do that. Staff was nice and the hotel itself was clean. Shower had great water pressure, bed was OK and pillows were great. There was a lot of grass in the area to potty dogs, but a lot of litter. I didn't love that the window shade didn't block out more light, as my room was illuminated all...
