"Es mi segunda vez en este hotel y vi un poco de descuido no sé si será por las renovaciones que tiene la primera vez todo muy limpio la habitación con pantuflas bata de baño esta vez no tenía nada de eso tuve que pedirlo pero del resto muy buena atención buen desayuno "

So we booked next day the same chain of hotel in Cusco. And highly recommended to other travelers."

"Me encanto el hotel y servicio. Lo unico que no me gusto es que uno de los “managers” evito que las señoritas del frontdesk nos ayuden a conseguir un taxi por el aplicativo “Satelital”, diciendo que no funcionaba. Todo esto ocurrio despues que el chofer del servicio de taxi que espera afuera (y al parecer tiene un trato con el hotel) se diera cuenta que nos estaban ayudando a conseguir un taxi por aplicativo y le reclamara al manager. Eso me parecio muy mal. "
