"Comfortable, clean hotel in walking distance of old town, Xmas markets, shops, museums etc and with several nice restaurants nearby. Room good but could do with more clothes storage e.g. drawers. Staff on reception very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast OK but was very crowded one day; we had to wait and not at the time the hotel says will be busy. If travelling Eurostar you can just about walk it to hotel with light luggage but it’s really a taxi."

"The staff were excellent. All of them. Superb. The reception area is welcoming. The hotel is centrally located and very clean. I would have liked my complimentary bottle of water to be replaced when the room was cleaned and, with there being so many streets, a local central map would have been useful. These are however minor things. The hotel is excellent, welcoming and i will definitely stay again. "
