"A fabulous location close to the park entry which was fabulous to be able to leave the car in the car park and walk 100m to buy tickets and head down to the boat. It is a very large hotel and is easy yo locate and drive into off the main road. Our room was comfortable and clean. It was a little noisy when other patrons used their shower/baths. "Really didn’t expect this place to be as nice as it was. We stayed for 2 nights and were in the Veronica build which had recently been renovated. The quality was excellent, with a large modern bathroom, high quality windows, and beautiful hardwood doors. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. "The Staff was fantastic. They were so helpful with tips about visiting the park - which was beautiful- and we had great service in the dining area. The food was delicious- especially the dinners. We ate there both nights of our stay - it was so convenient. Just make sure you have cash for the meals at checkout. They don’t accept credit cards. "
