"This is not an obvious property but it is a very viable alternative. It is quiet, safe, easy to park, close to Forest Park and many of the other main areas of interest in St. Louis. For the sake of transparency it is an older property and it shows in the furniture, decore and rugs. It could be a bit cheaper considering it is an old property but it does have a convenience factor. The immediate area around the property is not beautiful but it is a very practical place to stay. "

"I stayed in this property with another female friend of mine, and honestly when we first pulled up to the property, we were slightly terrified. Take into mind, it was pitch dark, with very little street lighting. Within 5 minutes of property, we noticed a ton of trash everywhere, graffiti, boarded up windows, etc... and it just felt unsafe. We thought about getting a hotel instead, I'm glad we didn't. I was thankful there was a garage we could pull into and enter from back of house, instead of...
