The flat is located adjacent to a cobblestone lined street with lovely shops and great restaurants. Easy Uber to all the main sites in Paris. "Awesome apartment in a less touristy part of Paris. Loved the local bakeries, bistros and markets within a few steps out the front door. Subway is less than a block if you want to head down to the more touristy parts or to CDG.As a tall person, I bumped my head a couple times due to the low ceilings, but I also understand this is a very old structure and things aren't built like today.Neighborhood is hip but a little sketchy in some spots like around Gare du Nord station. "We stayed at this appartment 4 nights. The host arranged a taxi transfer for us from CDG to the accommodation. He then met us there and walked us through everything and was informative & helpful. The appartment was bigger than I expected with plenty of storage and many amenities. The supermarket at Val d' Europe shopping centre was enormous & is worth a visit. "We loved Sandy and Delphi es beautiful apartment! I had more than enough space to give us enough room to gather and plenty of privacy. The location was convenient for catching the Metro or the bus or Uber or Taxi. There were plenty of great places to eat just out our door. In addition we found great patisseries, cheese shops, wine shops and produce stands close by. Sandy and Delphine were wonderful hosts and I hope we someday meet again. Thank you so much."

"Fabrice is fabulous. We didn’t understand the washer and he straightened it out. It just takes a very long time. Flat is roomy for two. Lots of necessary little items that we are missing in some other places. Elevator is important and was necessary for seniors like us."

"This property was perfect for our family’s needs. Since there are five of us, it’s sometimes hard to get hotels with ample space. This apartment was cute and well-equipped, about a 40-minute walk (2.25 miles) to Disneyland. It was slightly complicated to enter the apartment but the owner was very responsive. "

"We stayed here for two weeks and enjoyed our stay tremendously! The apartment is very cosy and comfortable. It was a very short walk to the RER A, which is a main line in and out of Paris. The proximity to the RER A and a busy street did mean that when we had the windows open, it was a bit noisy. However, with the windows closed, most of that noise was completely cut out and we had no trouble sleeping. "Fairly located, about 10 min walk from the Eifel tower and about 20 mins from the Place du Trocadero. Safe to walk around even at night. We walked back from the tower around midnight. Hotel was clean and nice that had a storage facility for your baggage for about 4 to 7 euros. I didn't like that the staff wasn't as friendly, except for the person who checked us in. I guess it was with the culture, from what I heard and experience on this trip."
