Good morning !
Very well equipped, this 3 bedroom duplex will delight you with its design, its space, its central location and its facilities!
The apartment
The duplex is made up of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that can accommodate 6 people. The accommodation was completely renovated at the end of 2018 and has been tastefully furnished by a talented decorator. On the 1st level, there is the living room and the kitchen, as well as a bedroom and a bathroom. Upstairs are the 2 other bedrooms and the 2nd bathroom.And to top it off, there is a laundry room with washing machine!
Access
Located on the 3rd floor, you can access it by stairs or elevator.
The neighborhood
The street is pedestrian.
The location of the apartment is perfect! As its name suggests, it is located next to Cathedral Square, the center of shopping streets, the city's best restaurants and bars and cinemas. It is also halfway between the Royal Opera and the Théâtre de Liège. A gym is also available in the area.
You won't have to run far to find a supermarket (Carrefour Express), a bakery (you'll become like me: addicted to Stoffels!), a bookstore, an excellent fruit and vegetable seller (les Halles), a superb Chinese restaurant (the Shanghai), the Darius to go and have a great breakfast and some great bars (“Au tableau qui dit des bêtises”, the Pot au Lait,…).In short, you won't be bored because I'm only listing half a quarter of the good addresses in the neighborhood here!
Transportation
Do you travel most of the time on foot? The city is small enough to be able to explore it on foot and have access to all points of interest.
By train ? The 3 main stations in Liège are Saint Lambert, Carré and Guillemins (the main one is Guillemins).
By bus ? The Public Transport network is quite good and serves the center and its outskirts well.
And if you have a vehicle, it is possible to park your car in the street or neighboring streets, or in the neighboring car parks (Parking Cathédrale or Parking Charles Magnette).
