This gîte is located in a very beautiful 16th century residence redeveloped in the 18th and 19th centuries and of course adapted to your needs by the good care of the owners
The lodge
It extends over 80m² and includes an individual entrance, a spacious and bright living room, a complete and contemporary dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped and was designed by Alix Welter, designer from Liège. The bedroom has twin beds and plenty of storage space (which already contains books, documentation and board games).The bathroom has an Italian shower and everything you need for laundry (washing machine, dryer, etc.)
And for total comfort, an individual and secure garage, 2 minutes from the gîte, is available to you on request.
Access
The cottage is on the ground floor of a very beautiful house.
The neighborhood
The “Saint-Séverin Sainte-Marguerite” district is one of the oldest in the city, with many old buildings and some Art Nouveau facades, but has undergone intense rehabilitation activity in recent years. The Crown Plaza Hotel, located down the street, is a good example.
At the bottom of Rue Mont-St-Martin are some essential shops, such as the popular Salvatore hairdresser, the Ariane haberdashery, a bank, a bakery, a pharmacy, a mini-market and an excellent Moroccan butcher.
It will not take you more than 5 minutes on foot to reach the city center, including Place Saint-Lambert and its shopping arcade, the Ilôt Saint-Michel (whose main assets are the “low-cost” gym and the Delhaize supermarket) and the Place du Marché for its numerous terraces and restaurants.
It's certain: you won't want for anything because you are close to everything and you won't risk getting bored.For culture, the Sauvenière cinema and the Opera are 5 minutes away.
The owner has no shortage of good addresses and will not hesitate to share her passion for her city with you!
Transportation
The accommodation is accessible:
By bus: the nearest stops are located less than 200m away and Place Saint-Lambert (hub of the public transport network) is 10 minutes away on foot.
By train: there are three stations in Liège (Liège-Guillemins, Liège-Carre and Liège-Saint-Lambert), the best known is Guillemins.
By car: close to the motorways, although it is not too easy to find a parking space.

The owner will come to the apartment to welcome you and give you the keys. He will not hesitate to tell you about his good deals in the neighborhood.

For a stay of less than 1 week, the amount of the deposit corresponds to 25% of the rent amount.
For a stay of 10 days or more, the amount of the deposit corresponds to 40% of the rent amount.
For a stay of 1 month or more, the amount of the deposit corresponds to 70% of the rent amount.
For a stay of 6 months or more, the amount of the deposit corresponds to 1 month's rent.
For a stay of 1 year or more, the amount of the deposit corresponds to 2 months' rent.
For reservations of more than 6 months, an additional fee of €60 is requested.
