"Excellent hotel. Service with a smile. Had an amazing pasta dish as we checked in. We were starving. They arranged a taxi to the airport for us at 4am. Everything went really smooth. We would definitely stay there again."

"The host was very kind and accommodating. He even was willing to get up extra early so I could have breakfast before leaving for airport at 5 am. I loved that there is a parking lot which is so rare in Italy. I would definitely recommend "

"Very nice house, good location, very friendly and helpful owner. House is near main road (approximately 700m) , but you barely can hear it. Very clean, well equipped. One sleeping room with double bed, one with to single beds and one opened sofa in the leaving room. Good for families and a group of friends. Kitchen has everything you need, if you want to cook. Quite small showers are the only small discomfort. It was a great time spended!♥️"

"À notre arrivée, nous devions avoir la chambre à 18h. Nous avons été logé dans une autre chambre à seulement 22h15... Pour ensuite se faire réveillé à 8h afin de quitter cette chambre pour qu'ils puissent "laver et désinfecter". Nous avons été ensuite relogé dans une autre chambre qui n'était pas lavé (des cheveux traînaient au sol) et donc pas désinfectée en période covid. "I stayed a week at the hotel Minerva and really enjoyed the amenities such as the convenient breakfast, pool, proximity to the highway, and nearby airport. Wonderful friendly staff to see each morning at breakfast with Caffe latte and a nice selection of baked goods and juices. "

"The main plus - property is right on the beach. However, the beach is covered with trash. Upon arrival: cigarette butts, empty cigarette packs, styrofoam, and trash were all over the property - garden and yard. Outdoor facilities in sad shape - dirty oven, shower. Broken brooms, buckets, boxes, toys covered with dust. White garden furniture has turned gray due to lack of care, dirty spots. We were shocked to find ants all over the place. We found our toddle covered by ants during his first nap....

"The staff at this hotel are so nice. The breakfast is really good. My room was comfortable, a little spartan but that was fine. Everything I needed was there. I love the lobby, I don’t know if you’d all it art deco or faded grandeur but I really did like it. This hotel is right in the middle of everything. The sea is 5 minutes walk in one direction, including the ferry terminal. The railway station 10 minutes in the other. I was very comfortable here."

"We loved the property the way it was built the rooms the facilities the restaurant can use a much bigger menu and more variety we loved the pool area the spa I recommend this place it’s worth going and price is good"

"It started with a very pleasant check-in and car parking. The lady at reception was exceptionally helpful. The hotel is centrally located so access to the main attractions was close by. The breakfast was great. Hotel also provides coffee making facilities in the room. But do get buy milk."

"Nice hotel for a quick stay. Exceptional breakfast, helpful staff. The bed was very FIRM, and the room was too HOT. No A/C in November (winter), so we had windows open all night. "

"Overnight stay close to Brindisi-Taranto highway. Set in farmland, but close enough to the highway to hear the noise of traffic but not oppressively so.. The property itself was furnished to a good standard and finishes were impressive. My room looked out over the pool which was beautiful. There was a lack of power points in the room, but the wifi worked. Huge property but quite empty due to the time of year. Probably comes to life in season. "

"We were very comfortable at Palazzo Bellocchi. Everything about the room and location was perfect. The breakfast that was included was hearty, as well. My one note is that I only realized that we needed to go to Hotel Orientale to pick up the keys because I read it in a review. That information may have been in a communication, but I hadn't noticed it. We would definitely stay here again. "

"The front desk was on the ground floor, as usual in Europe. The lift that I never used was a little bit up the stairs. To get to the 1st floor, I had to climb another circular flight of stairs. The room I had was big enough for myself, with the bathroom having plenty of space. Overall, the fixtures were aged, worn, but clean. The bed was very comfortable, the pillow being a little shallow. I asked for a second pillow and promptly got it. My room overlooked the ferry terminal across the street. The necessary AC worked really well, thankfully. As for location, the hotel is on a main bus line about 300 meters from the palm tree lined main street, Corso Giuseppe Garibaldi I, with 2 little cafes at the end of the Corso that meets the beautiful waterfront. The better cafe is Cafe Au Sonia, a Quarta Caffe member. Well run, and obviously where all the locals go, as it was always busy. The other cafe next door, had few or no folks there whenever I went by. Also, there are several other eateries up the Corso offering a variety of local fare. Also, there is a Eurospin super market a 10 minute walk from the hotel, using side streets. So, would I go back to this hotel? Absolutely!!! Very reasonably priced, not fancy but charming with the lobby having a nautical theme, well located near the gorgeous waterfront and train station, and with a staff that is extremely helpful, aiming to please. The front desk manned 24/7. Consider this hidden gem in Brindisi."
