We were asked for dietary requirements so that we had suitable food for breakfast, which were there just as requested next morning. "Lovely hotel, nice furnishings, quick check in, well located. Welcome relief after travelling and loved the Nespresso machine in the room. Only downside was we were behind reception, next to the carpark, bar and stairs. So some disturbance from noise and not able to leave the window open so the room was warm. The breakfast was varied and plentiful. Lovely overall"

"Amazing 5 Star hotel outside of Prague! Customer service was top notch. The morning continental breakfast was excellent. The history of the renovation of this chateau is very interesting. It is exquisitely redone from layout to furnishings. Mcely is a town of about 200 people so there is nothing to do outside of the Chateau besides take a walk. We stayed for two nights and would have grown stir crazy any longer. There was an extensive list of spa services. Quality of the services provided was...

"Multiple pools - with a water slide! My teenage kids loved it. It is not a super water park, but they have a really nice pool / hot tub area and it is low-key but very nice. The staff was nice, the city area was nice - everything exceeded my expectations. We had a room that was like an attic room, and it had skylight type windows that we were able to open up and check out the area. I really likes this hotel. Also, the breakfast was good too. "

"A very nice traditional hotel. Rooms were clean and nice size. There is limited parking in front of hotel and parking on the adjacent street. Staff were courteous and attentive to service. A Kolin resident told me we were staying in the best hotel in Kolin. We were very satisifed with everything. Breakfast, included, was well appointed. Internet WIFI in the room worked perfect."
