"Amazing ! "

"The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. It's an older hotel so just be aware of that going in. It is conveniently right across from the airport, and the shuttle starts running at 4:30am which got us to the airport in five minutes with plenty of time to get through security for our 7:00am flight home. The food at the restaurant is good, and also very friendly staff there too. Highly recommend if you need somewhere to stay close to the airport on your way home, or if you get in late in the evening."

"Fourth visit to this resort, last time was 5 years ago. Excellent service & staff! Some managers remembered us from prior years, that really meant something! Still prefer the buffet to the restaurants. Reception staff kind and accommodating. Two negative things, one was the trash and glasses/plates left around the resort for days, and the trash on the beach, second thing was the lax attitude regarding (lack of) clothes at the dinning places and people smoking right outside of the entrances or vaping indoor (not in designated areas). An adult only option would be nice since children were running around and screaming constantly and hanging out in "adult" areas. Overall appreciate the CR people and beautiful surroundings. Pura Vida!"

"Excellent for people first arriving to C.R. Walk to banks, shopping mall with restaurants. Staff were accommodating to all requests. Pool is huge, lots of chairs and umbrellas. "

"This place is amazing! It is beautiful, and the grounds are so well kept by the hard working, friendly, workers! The food is fantastic!! A huge thank you to the chef, Christian! He helped my husband find gluten free options, and even prepared special foods for him. He was very kind, and offered delicious meals! We loved the beech, and always found place to sit in the shade. The pool was also great, in a beautiful setting, with a nice swim up bar! We really enjoyed our stay at this resort!!"
