Upon check-in, the “front desk” person was unable to tell me my room number and referred me to text a WhatsApp # to customer service for help. After about an hour of chatting, I had my room details. "Location was amazing near paulista avenue. Property itself has been updated and while the room and bathroom are cosy they serve well the purpose of a 3/4 day stay in Sao Paulo . Breakfast is ok , rather repetitive but a fresh egg station is a bonus. This is a value for money property and I would recomend staying here . Language can be an issue but if you are a google translate expert it works well .. and is applicable to Brazil in general. Staff do their job but I would not say they go above and beyond. "

Great location!!

"The hotel is very well located, close to Rua Augusta and Avenida Paulista. There’s an infinity of restaurants, bars, clubs, grocery stores and shopping within walking distance. The room is small but cozy and my room had a full bed and a twin bunk. The AC works well, the water is hot and the toilet is enclosed with its own door to allow for privacy. We parked at the hotel and it was pretty reasonable and very convenient. The hotel is very clean overall. I’ll be coming back for sure. "
