For example, the refreshments offered at check-in often ran out, the sauna or hamman invariably did not work, and although I was entitled to an upgrade and late check out, neither was provided to me although there was obviously an upgraded room available because I could have booked it myself on their website when I checked. "The hotel was lovely to look at. The bed was perfect. The bathroom was new clean and modern. The shower had good hot water flow. The amenities were wonderful. For example there was hot coffee choices or tea every afternoon, with cookies. Each hotel employee was helpful and kind. We would definitely stay there again if in Annecy. "

"The hotel in overall is great. Clean and modern. I have to mention that to wait for check in took 15mins and the same for check out with only one person behind the desk. We had breakfast which is very poor and for the price it’s ridiculous. 9am and no eggs , no bacon, no pancakes, the only juice available was orange. I have to say very disappointed! We stayed one night Monday-Tuesday and spa on Tuesday is opening at 11am!!! Absolutely not worth it to pay for it because we could use it just for...

"Super great location in Olde Town! Rooms are small, but come on....are you really there to stay hang out in a hotel room? Nope. The room had all that you would need (except no washclothes...we brought our own because of past experience in France). The bed, pillow, and comforter (no top sheet as in most hotels in this region of Europe) were very comfortable! We are each meal at a different cafe in Olde Town...a must! The morning market came alive our first morning transforming the streets...
