"La struttura è molto bella, ha un giardino davanti ed un piccolo parco sul retro entrambi tenuti molto bene. L'appartamento non era molto pulito, c'erano parecchie ragnatele alle finestre e negli angoli del soffitto. In cucina una piastra (delle 2 disponibili) causava il distacco del contatore elettrico.
