"Our stay was very good. Our only complaint was that our key fab did not work consistently on the necessary doors. This was especially an issue when we arrived at Kasa Greenville at 1:00 am with our luggage and a bag of groceries. We did manage to get into the building from the parking garage eventually-- but had to try 5 different doors before we found a door that would open for our key fab. The next day, that door wouldn't open, but one of the others that didn't open the previous day, would...

"The host was very helpful and answered our questions and communication in a timely manner. The teens enjoyed the hot tub. Beds and pillows were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped for preparing meals. There was only comfortable seating in the living room for 4 or 5, so more would have been nice. We would definitely choose to stay there again!"

"Was able to get a room on the 1st floor but immediately saw that the bathroom floor was wet. After having to live with a wet floor for 10 days, they finally figured out that the leak was in the plumbing wall behind the tub. During a 12 day stay we had a total of 2 days we could walk into the bath without our feet getting wet. Then the water heater broke and there was no hot water. Now no shower or dish washing either. "The only thing I did not like about this place is for it to be an extended stay with a kitchenette and have no utensils or kitchenware was a surprise to me. I had to go buy my utensils and kitchenware. Other than that, it was nice and quiet. Clean. Lady in the office is very friendly. Maid was nice. People here are mostly quiet. Had no issues so far. Still here for another week. "
