"This is an ideal house in a nice quiet neighborhood of State College. It is spacious and clean. It has a nice living room set up with plenty of seating. It is very close to downtown but far enough away where you aren’t dealing with congestion. I would recommend it to any of my friends and family and hope to stay there again in the future."

Our family of 5 spent Thanksgiving weekend here, and we could not have asked for more! The only thing I would say to be careful about is that cell service in the area is a little weak and there's no wifi so if you're someone that needs to be connected 100% of the time, just be aware. But the house is very cozy and comfortable and easy to get to!"
