"While at first we were surprised to find our room had no window - apart from a high one in the bathroom, the facilities were clean, the bed comfortable, and the kitchen areas excellent with teatowels, dishwash and excellent appliances - though a sandswich maker would have been handy. The place is easy walking distance to a reliable bus service which took us into the city in around 20 mins. We enjoyed our stay very much"

"We loved our stay in The Peninsula. The staff were friendly, accommodating. Their customer service is like no other. The amenities heated pool and gym was great. We were the only ones using it despite having other guests stay in. It felt private and exclusive. The room is spacious. We had our kids playing and running around freely. The beds were comfortable. Water pressure was strong. The aircon worked perfectly. Room was modern and clean. The adjoining pub is great too. Loved that we could order for pick up or eat in the restaurant.
