"My 90 year old mother and I stayed at the Travel lodge in Redding in an ADA room. The room had a wonderfully spacious layout with a kitchenette and roll in shower. When we arrived the staff was friendly helpful and kind. A wonderful experience all around! "

"I’m usually a stay right off the 5 fwy in and out, this time I thought to give a new place a try especially since they are pet friendly and the fee is reasonable. They messaged me prior to arrival to check in on me. When I arrived late at night the front desk guy was standing out there to help guide me and the car I was towing in to parking. I can tell that this was probably a motel before but since they have redone it they have made it looks so amazing. They have cute outside seating, decor is adorable, staff was very friendly. When I got to my room I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and updated it appeared. The beds were so comfy and I got some much needed travel rest. They have the cutest book of pups who have stayed, the next morning staff was just as kind. Overall, clean..comfortable..friendly. Will definitely stay again! "

"That’s what we called it before we even arrived and it was even better than we expected! Sometimes pictures aren’t accurate but in this case the real thing was even better than the pictures! It was very peaceful and we enjoyed our time there immensely! Robin was a great host, very communicative from the booking through the end of our stay. She was kind enough to have a bottle of wine and some fresh flowers for us when we arrived and the evaporative cooler on! We will definitely stay again when back in the Redding area. The mansion cabin was close to all the places we visited. Highly recommended! Just want to share a couple of things: Zogg Mine Road is a one-lane paved road with lots of blind corners. Be very cautious. Also, the last part of the driveway to the mansion cabin is paved but very steep. If you have the capability to put your auto transmission in a lower gear that will help a lot. For this location, it was worth it. Hopefully this extra information is helpful."

"This was a peaceful and rejuvenating stay. Lisa was a great host! The hot tub was so nice. Loved all the outdoor seating and the location. Deer coming and going and the river is a short walking distance away. Lisa has stocked the place with cornhole and other yard games. Perfect get away!"
