"I found this hotel a little strange - toilet, shower and sink in the room. Self-service check-in. No breakfast possibility. Coffee machine and water available in the corridor, but the fridge was not restocked in the two days I stayed there. Definitely could do better on attention to detail - drinking glass was chipped, waste paper basket was not emptied and shower gel dispenser was broken. The location was good, about a 10 minute walk to the main station. "

"I’d booked this hotel to break up 2 long drives. The only reason I chose it was that there was an on site restaurant. Was informed the restaurant was not going to be open via an email a few hours before we arrived. Frankly I wouldn’t have booked had I known this beforehand. "

"The condition of the property in general was below average, signs of previous damage to doors and locks, WC cistern hanging sideways but still working and my mattress sagged in the middle, though the Manager was very friendly and helpful."

"The family room is really simple, 3 stars max (probably 2 is more accurate), but clean, no issues. You will hear water running if you open the windows (It's located creekside). But the owner is fun and welcoming, it's quiet, despite being close to railroad (German trains are really quiet, and there are very few of them). "I stayed here for a conference at the nearby CCD Ost and I couldn't have chosen better. The location is perfect for the CCD Ost, and there are a good set of restaurants nearby, with a shop for provisions. The house is in a very quiet area, away from the main road, and a 10-15 min taxi ride from the airport and the centre of the city. Highly recommended!"
