"Definitely the premier property in town. The rooms are incredibly spacious and air conditioning is excellent. The pool is large and comfortable. We didn't realize this was an all inclusive when we booked so that was an added advantage as well. The staff were incredibly helpful as I had to navigate a luggage issue. We highly recommend this as the premiere option in Leticia."

"Medellín-style contemporary design including fun sensor tracking lighting around and on the stairs. Rooms were somewhat dorm style rather than hotel: no irons or other amenities, but functional with a fun built-in designed desk. Cold water shower still something I find hard to get used to. Took me a while to figure out the remote for the air conditioning unit was weak, thought it just didn't work which made the 2nd floor room uncomfortable, but standing a few feet away to operate all was well. Friendly staff to prepare a breakfast for you."

"The place was very clean, and the staff (Alvaro and his son were really warm and welcoming We had steak, sausage, rice and French Fries by a bonfire at night. We were in a clear bubble where we had a beautiful view at night of the forest and sky. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic too. But once again, the cleanliness was amazing. A white sink, toilet, etc in the middle of the jungle in pristine condition, wow. Just a great environment and a chance to actually relax because we were taken care of so well."

"Property was amazing, we stayed in the treehouse, which was wonderful to wake up to bird noises and monkeys and other wildlife running around. The only challenges they charge for everything and you have no choices. Costs included internet, transportation from the dock to the hotel eac way etc. staff was great all excursions were great with the exception of the night walk in the Amazon. Same walk during the day would’ve been more informative. Treehouse was amazing but be prepared for bare bones basic half the time we had no electricity and half the time we had no water. "

"Very charming town and wonderful people. Great place to spend some time lounging in the hammocks to the sounds of the village. Room was basic but had what you need. The meals offered are authentic and very filling. Electric/internet only a few hours a day so a great place to disconnect for a bit. "

"The staff was incredibly accommodating as we needed to switch rooms with a festival outside and then they helped us when we returned from the Amazon and needed WiFi before heading to the airport."
