The hotel facilities were average and good for a cheap stay but no kettle or fridge etc. Staff were polite and friendly but the biggest let down was the thin room walls which meant we could hear conversations and snoring from other rooms. "The hotel location is great, very close to the main tourist area and not too far from the Eurostar station. Room was very clean and super helpful staff. When I was there, the aircon on the sixth floor was not working, as the room faces the sun, it can get quite hot and stuffy, so we have therefore asked to move to another room. The staff was able to arrange that on the following day but the other room was also quite stuffy and it did not feel like the aircon was on. I’m not sure if it was turned...
