"The house is exactly as described in the listing and more! It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable with all the kitchen equipment you'd need. The outside space is lovely with a great view of the golf course. Check in was a bit confusing for us as there are two entrances to the Golf Residences which we didn't realise, so we ended up at the wrong one. Jocelyn helpfully sent up a dropped pin and we finally found the property. The location is lovely, but a good 20 minute walk to the beach...

"Wir hatten eine ganz tolle Zeit in Mimizan-Plage im Haus von Nicolas und Jana. Die Verwaltung vor Ort läuft nicht direkt über die Eigentümer, sondern über eine etwas überlastete Agentur. Das Haus ist sehr zentral gelegen. An die Promenade und zum Meer sind es ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Es gibt alles was man benötigt in unmittelbarer Nähe (Bäckerei, Supermarkt etc). Für unsere Kinder war der Skate- und Bolzplatz ein großes Highlight. Es empfiehlt sich Fahrräder mitzunehmen oder vor Ort auszuleihen,...

"Alles lief sehr gut. Von der Kommunikation, dem Check in sowie der Übergabe nach Ende des Aufenthaltes. Alles wie beschrieben. Alles war sehr sauber und der beheizte Pool prima für die Kids. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder."

Die Residenz ist ganz toll geführt und gepflegt und hat für jede Altersgruppe etwas zu bieten (Tennis, Beachvolleyball, Fussball, Spielplatz, Tischtennis 3 Pools,Basketball). Der wahnsinnig schöne Strand ist fußläufig erreichbar. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und bemüht.
