"Really nice experience."

"Seen this hotel on last visit so decided to book a few nights on this visit. Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel as an elegant feel about it, the gardens and pool are lovely. As it was warm we ate ourside at the restaurant, we chose to eat in the hotel because its prices were competitive with what was on offer in town. The food was lovely, well cooked and well presented. Continental breakfast was a good start to the day. Our superior king room was spacious and overlooked the garden. We usually book apts but this change to a hotel was a lovely experience, would book again when in hanmer springs"

"We loved our stay here, and being frequent travellers we have experienced good and bad. The Manager was exceptional and couldnt do enough to help us as we had a large trailer. Staff were very pleasant, great location with only a short walk to restaurants and pools. Rooms very clean and comfortable. We'll be back again for sure"

"The dinner at the on site restaurant was very good. We are outside and the back dining area was very pretty. Wear close to shoes due to sand flies which can be a problem all over New Zealand. Our room was very spacious and clean."

"Beautifully spacious two bed room apartment. Very comfortable king size bed. Great shower and well appointed kitchen. Friendly service too. Really liked this spot. We even had new sofas delivered and set up when we were there. It was a quick 5 minute process and made our stay that much more comfortable. Thanks"
