"This is a small town in Italy away from everything. 4 hours and 2 trains from Rome. This bed and breakfast (coffee and croissant in the Centrale Bar in the piazza below) may be one of only a few places here to stay. They have no fast food chains in this town of about 12,000 but it is a slice of Italy that hasn't changed much in the last 50 years. The accommodations were very good but there is no staff onsite. "Staff were really helpful especially Pio from the breakfast area. The property was under renovation during the time that we were there so there’s some hint of construction dust when we checked in our room. Housekeeping was helpful in making it go away. The rooms were really nice and comfortable. It’s very modern and the washroom was squeaky clean. 10 min walk from Padre Pio Shrine. Access to it is right across the hotel. Highly recommended"

We could not even put our luggages anywhere. When she came checked us in & disappeared, leaving us all alone at the hotel & premises.
