Afer 15 minutes, I'd had enough and went in telling this lady we were coming in. Added to this, the smoke alarms throughout the villa did not work, and as there was no way of securing the separate apartments, we had to close the metal shutters at night. "We very much enjoyed our stay at Karl and Agentas villa, the town of Laurens is a very sleepy area in the middle of a wine county. Our young children enjoyed watching the small tractors ferry grapes to the local winery. The locals of the village were very friendly. "Everything about this property is lovely. It is nicely decorated and equipped with all modern conveniences. We were visiting family and didn't have to cook any meals, but the kitchen is well equipped. We will have to come again when the weather is warmer to use the pool and enjoy the garden. I highly recommend it!"

"Lovely property set in the almost unknown jewel of France, wonderful wildlife, terrific scenery, empty roads, what's not to like? Try some of the local caves for superb wines, if you like riding try EquiLarzac, simply great. Lots to do, more to see. We discover more each year. "We really enjoyed our stay in this wonderful villa. The pool is amazing, and what a fabulous view from the terrace we will definitely miss that! The check in process was very straightforward and helpful. The area is stunning and there is lots to do if you like walking, cycling or canoeing. Day trips to Béziers and Carcassonne are also possible. The shop in the village is also worth a mention, it’s amazing and has everything you will need. Definitely 10/10."

"We had a wonderful time at the house. The location is perfect, so quiet and picturesque. The pool was a lovely temperature and we enjoyed the size. The hosts were very accommodating and went out of their way to meet up around our early flight times which we much appreciated. We would highly recommend this property and the hosts! "It was a good hotel but I marked it down as the picture shows a riverside setting and a quaint building backing on to the river It is not, it is a standard Inner town hotel on the Main Street, it is a walk away from the river, which took me sometime to find. I was very disappointed The captions on the photos need correcting "
