"This house is well situated , It can be acceessed easily by the A51 without having to cross Aix. It is located ca. 2,5km north of the city centre of Aix which is a 5 minutes ride by car or a 20 minute walk. The bus circulates twice per hour and the bus stop is just 50 m from the gate. The 18th century villa is on a huge plot of land absolutely hidden and it cannot be seen from the street.
