"We had a fabulous week, we were met by the lovely Florence when we arrived who showed us around and explained the property. The photographs online do not really do it justice and it exceeded our expectations.The kitchen was well stocked with equipment and all bathrooms had a hairdryer. The separate laundry room with an additional refrigerator was a bonus. The beds were comfortable with extra pillows if needed. The beautiful garden was huge and well maintained with stunning views over the valley....

"Stayed in the upstairs appartment which run the length of the building .Very well equipped with washing machine and a dish washer,a welcome surprise. The pool is in a secluded garden location. Negatives Our end bedroom had a strange en suite bathroom arrangement. A screen instead of a wall. A Jack n Jill sink taking up space that could have been used for a toilet and single sink. A bit odd!."

"The property had the advantage of a lovely pool (shared with other guests) which was fantastic as temperatures exceeded 35 degrees while we were there. The cottage was in a lovely quiet village and we purchased a lot of local produce from the Co-op cabin situated in the village square - well worth a visit. The property was ideally located to visit many lovely areas of the Dordogne such as Montignac, Sarlat, Domme and many others."

"Lovely views from the pool out across French countryside. Pool is modern, clean and good size. Some issues with the electric cover, but that was down to a failed sensor which is on order. House is lovely and unspoilt, we loved it. But for some the interior lighting might be on the dim side. This did not bother us as we were out by the pool most of the time. "Owners, caretakers, cleaners were excellent. Very proactive in ensuring our stay was brilliant. Lots of different areas to relax and be alone if desired. Expect occasional insect ingress. That’s a reflection on the hillside location. Fabulous stay. A forest fire in Bordeaux led to smoke in the area. Staff came to visit to warn us and advise us. Thank you."
