"Modern, clean and well equipped villa with wonderful views. The villa is located under the owners property but was entirely separate and we were not aware of owner being there. Located in gated community. Great to have sole use of beautiful pool & bbq. Returning to England immediately after the stay we found the €800 cash deposit very inconvenient as we now have euros we can’t use, but other than that, everything was superb."

"We had a delightful one week stay in Antibes, with my wife, 92 year old mother and her carer. The apartment is on a leafy avenue, just five minutes from the Antibes beaches, with elevator access. "The owner does not do a good job of maintaining this property. It is neglected for half the year so mold grows for half a year and no one cleans it. There may be a bigger mold problem than the owner realizes. When I arrived the apartment was not cleaned for the season to at least to hide the problem. I also smelled sewage in the kitchen. Die Ferienwohnung ist in einem Mehrgebäudekomplex, der umzäunt ist für alle Parteien (geschätzt ca 24 - 30) gibt es einen schönen Swimmingpool, leider ohne Liegen). In laufeitweite befinden sich Bäckereien, kleine Supermärkte und Restaurants. Auch kleine Strände sind in der Nähe. Die schöneren Sandstrände sind allerdings ca 1,5 -2 Kilometer entfernt. Das Apartment und das Haus sind sehr schön. Ein grosser Plus ist die Garage. Dia Parkplatz lage ist sehr schlecht, daher ist eine eigene Garage Goldwert.
