"Ce petit appartement a été très bien rénové avec un très bon agencement et beaucoup de goût (félicitations). Il est très bien situé à 20 mètres de la grande plage de Royan, on peut voir la mer et le port en angle, et surtout entendre les vagues la nuit en laissant la fenêtre ouverte ! Nous avons trouvé tout l'équipement nécessaire (même un petit lave linge très pratique). Enfin, il est a quelques centaines de mètres du centre ville. En résumé, parfait !"

"L’appartement est très bien situé avec la mer juste en face, la ville possible de faire à pied. Le gros bémol pour nous a été l’absence de volet du côté salon car ayant que 2 chambre, l’une de nos filles dormait sur le canapé lit et malheureusement elle avait la lumière de la ville et des voiture.
