"The biggest disappointment was the distance from Zermatt, our destination. It took us 3 hours one way- 2 buses and 2 trains to change to reach our destination. This results in loss of precious time for travellers, who have a tight schedule. Point de Zinal SHOULD NOT be displayed as a property in Zermatt. It is misleading- EXPEDIA to note please"

"Les Alouettes was as described. A great chalet for two families of four with extra 2 beds on a mezzanine. It was a shortish walk to a button/T-bar lift/bus to gondola - we used hire car to go to car park nearer lifts as too far for children in ski-boots. Not many food shopping outlets so worth getting a shop delivered (very efficient Coop service). The chalet was really comfortable with very good facilities for cooking (we didn't eat out at all). "We enjoyed our time at the property. A beautiful location and lovely clean property as described. Robert the owner was very helpful. The garden and parking place could benefit from a mow.
