"Combination of panoramic view and easy access to beaches — can even walk down and back on roads with virtually no traffic. Very quiet, private. It’s super friendly host with lots of helpful tips to local sites. Love it!’n"

Vermieter gab uns Tipps zum Essen gehen, einkaufen und für Ausflüge. Handtuch- und Wäschewechsel nach unseren Bedürfnissen erfolgte perfekt. After a busy few days soaking up Athens & the Parthenon, Little Stone Villa provided a peaceful, relaxing, away from it all break..the pool was fantastic (make sure you meet Robert the pool cleaner! ;) and we spent most of our time there... "We loved staying at the beautiful house "seagulls" for 2 weeks in august.It has an aboluetly breathtaking view, from both of the balconies and you can walk to a beautiful beach within 5 minutes.We loved spending our days there! "We had an amazing holiday at Seaview. Ira was exceptionally friendly and helpful, contacting us few days before the holiday and providing all the information we needed. "Great location could walk to the main town. Very nice staff especially at the restaurant. Food was excellent at the restaurant. Only negative there was a bad smell outside our room walking towards the beach and the next door resort ver loud on Friday & Saturday night. I woolly recommend to friends & family"

"We had a very nice time staff was great especially Marina and Savvas. Very easy to get to the center of Eretria. Very clean but a few bugs constantly in the room. A bad smell heading to the pool/beach, outside our room not sure what it was. Overall we really enjoy the hotel and the beach area."

"It was an excellent stay! Rooms were not space but they were very clean. The staff was very helpful and kind..Food was excellent too. There were many options and everything was well cooked.. the swimming pool was very clean however I expected it to be more spacious.. overall we were very satisfied and we would like to visit your property again"

"The staff here was rude, everything is extra it says that the waterpark is included. Nope that’s extra. Would you like a bloody Mary with your vodka? Nope, that’s extra not to mention the staff at the bar were rude when ordering drinks. The description says it has multiple restaurants. It only has one. It’s a buffet. It opens limited hours for breakfast lunch and dinner. The pool has snacks. There is a different menu at the pool however, that is an extra menu. You can only order the drinks that are on the menu that is provided otherwise that’s extra, the place is beautiful. The rooms are really far from the beach. There is an amazing waterpark. We did not get to experience because it is also extra extra. Not a fan of this experience would not do it again. "
