"Unique hotel in San Cristobal! Loved the eco-friendly touch and the view when you have breakfast is AMAZING. Harry was so nice and helped us so much during our stay! He booked us our tour and ferry, and even called taxi in advance to make sure we were taken to the right place. He even made us a little to-go breakfast the morning we had to take the ferry. There's a lot of cats onsite, so cute and friendly. Would definitely stay here again. "

Breakfast was great with an attentive and flexible staff who adjusted breakfast times for an early excursion which they helped us book (a 360 island tour which was also excellent and reasonably priced compared to similar options). They were also very flexible with early check-in and departure. All around a great value for our short stay in San Cristobal."

"Note that this review is based on a father and 5yr old son travelling in the Galapagos Islands. Booking for San Cristobal was rather last minute and when the search results highlighted this property for budget, location, and cleanliness / comfort, I selected it. I knew the moment we walked in we had made the right decision. The family run hotel was really good. As we were out all day, every day, when we come back we want a comfortable, clean bed, some aircon, and a hot shower. There was one double bed for us and we both slept well. The shower was good but don't look at appearances, it works. The family were so kind and friendly towards us that they merit an additional mention. We were welcomed and made to feel very much at home. It's not far from the main street and ferry, there are laundries, some shops, and a wonderful bakery close to the place."
