"Love this hotel - but oh boy did they charge a fortune for this weekend when we came to an event. £550 for 2 nights and this didn’t even include breakfast! I wish that someone would stop hotels being able to make this amount of profit just because there’s a concert on. "

"We selected the Apex City of Glasgow because it was convenient to the Buchanan bus station and could accommodate a family of three adults. The room was very clean and had nice amenities like a water kettle, coffee/tea, a few biscuits, and in the bathroom soap, conditioner, etc. The room was a little cramped because the extra bed was a fold-out couch, but that was fine for us. The area around the hotel was lively and had many bars and restaurants from which to choose. We did not eat in the hotel, but only due to dietary allergies of one of the family members."
