"Breathtaking views out of the surrounding windows as you had breakfast every morning. Wonderful cocktails made by the bar with comfortable seating areas to enjoy some relaxation time. All of the staff were very helpful in getting dinner reservations and answering questions. The car service to take you and pick you up was also amazing. "

"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The food was great. The staff are very helpful and friendly. We loved our room since it had a beautiful view of the city and lake. It had a kitchen with a full size fridge, but unfortunately pots, pans and utensils were not included. We highly recommend this hotel, and whenever we are in Lugano we will definitely stay here.
