"We absolutely loved this property. The location is fantastic- a short (but steep) walk to town, and has its own parking space so you don't have to worry about parking. The home itself is so beautiful- rustic and cozy, but also stylish, modern, and clean. Decor was super cool! We slept in the back bedroom and that bed was so comfortable. Loved the skylights. Jason was very easy to communicate with."

"This is a great location for downtown Allentown, you can walk to a lot of places. We felt safe in the neighborhood and had no problems with moving in or out of the house. The rooms are big, so there is plenty of space. It is an older home, so the steps are squeaky and there are other minor old house details. We love older homes and found it charming in many ways. There are window AC units in every room, which was nice. Only 1.5 bathrooms, so a larger group might need to plan accordingly. As...

"We enjoyed our stay in Jim Thorpe, it was however very hot. The heat did impact our trip, as walking UP the hills in 95 degree weather isn’t fun. We enjoyed the local restaurants and saw a great show at the Opera house. The only negative is the bedroom AC unit, the compressor kicks on and off all night long making for a disrupted sleep. It did cool off the room but as light sleepers it was tough. I would rate our stay a 4 out of 5, due to the AC unit."

"Anyone who has stayed at VRBO knows that listings (like resumes) may be embellished sometimes. Not the case here, place was just as advertised and probably better. Plenty of kitchen accessories, handled our group of 18 perfectly. Even when a couple of kids wanted to change bedrooms, plenty to choose from. Pool was nicely heated, house was comfortable and vies spectacular. Only thing bad about the property was we only had it for week. Could have easily stayed another. Thanks to Jeff and his team."

"There are no surprises, the description of the house is spot on. It's tiny, but we knew that. It's cute. The ladder to the loft bed is a little concerning, but that added to the adventure of the weekend."

"We had a great stay! The proximity to Jim Thorpe was ideal. The house was clean and exactly as described. Owners were friendly and flexible and left us some appreciated amenities. We really appreciated the fenced in back yard for dogs!"

"This property worked well for my husband and I and my daughter and her new husband. We spent a long weekend introducing my son-in-law to the family and this was a nice place to come back to relax. The only recommendation I would have is to have more comfortable living room furniture. Other than that everything was great."
